Our dear friend and writer, photographer, Ph. D. and raconteur Michal Sedano paid a visit to Margaret’s opening at the Muck in Fullerton. The exhibit “Rostros, legates y monentos (Faces, Places and Moments) is on display at the Muckenthaler Cultural Center in Fullerton, CA. The weather was delightful, wonderful gathering of fans and patrons, new and familiar, was well new friends and patrons. Lots of new works as well as rarely seen older works, many of which were loaned by patrons. If you don’t know the Muck it is worth your time for a drive to Fullerton for a visit. Noted Historian Dr Ricardo Romo interviewed Margaret in her studio and at her Universal City / Campo de Cahuenga Los Angeles Metro Station because of her subway station artwork that tells the story of Mexico’s Capitulation to U.S. forces ending the Mexican War in California and California becoming a U.S Territory.
